नोव्हेंबर २०२० मध्ये शेजारील पुनर्वसन टप्पा २, प्लॉट क्र. ७४ साठी मोजणी नोंदणी क्र. ७४५ अंतर्गत एक सर्वेक्षण (mojni) करण्यात आली. या मोजणीत अनेक गंभीर अनियमितता आढळल्या आहेत.
In November 2020, a survey (mojni) was conducted for the neighbouring Punarvasan Tappa 2, Plot No. 74 under Survey Registration No. 745. This survey contains several serious irregularities.
अधिक तक्रारी संपूर्ण महसूल साखळीत (तालुका → जिल्हा → उपविभाग → आयुक्त → विभागीय आयुक्त) दाखल — तरीही त्या जागी अद्याप एकही निष्पक्ष चौकशी झालेली नाही. Muktainagar DySLR व तहसीलदार कार्यालय तोच PDF अपलोड करून सर्व तक्रारी बंद करत असल्याने वरिष्ठांची दिशाभूल होत असल्याची शंका निर्माण होते. ही चौकशी वरिष्ठ स्तरावरील पथकानेच करावी अशी अर्जदाराची इच्छा आहे — स्थानिक स्तरावरील अधिकारी "मॅनेज" असल्याची शंका उपस्थित झाली आहे.
Further complaints have been filed across the entire revenue hierarchy (Taluka → District → Sub-Division → Commissioner → Divisional Commissioner) — yet not one impartial, on-ground inquiry has taken place there to date. Because the Muktainagar DySLR and Tahsildar's office are closing every complaint by uploading the same PDF, a doubt arises that senior officers are being kept misled. The applicant's wish is that this inquiry be conducted specifically by a senior-level team — a suspicion has arisen that the local-level officer is being "managed."

हे प्रकरण एकट्या भूखंडाचं नाही. पुनर्वसन टप्पा २ मधील पुनर्वसन टप्पा २, प्लॉट क्र. ६९ ते ७५ या संपूर्ण गटाची अधिकृत मोजणी झालेली नाही — हे DySLR स्वतः मान्य करतं. एकत्र मोजणीशिवाय न्याय शक्य नाही.
This is not a single plot dispute. The entire block — Punarvasan Tappa 2, Plot No. 69 to 75 — has never had an official survey conducted. DySLR itself admits this. Justice is not possible without a collective survey.
